Hotel is modern and neatly decorated. The room was spacious, clean every day. Although there were 2 people in the room, we had 6 clean towels every day! Coffee,water and tea were replenished daily in the bar. The food (Swedish breakfast buffet) is excellent and delicious! Local specialties are perfect! (I was blown away by homemade carrot, banana and lemon bread!!) The hotel is located opposite the airport. On foot 10 min. The hotel is well connected by train, tram and bus (5-10 minutes on foot)

Did not take any breakfast as Terminal one (with all the cafes and bakeries) is just across the street. Location is great as 5 mins and across the street, is the local Terminal 1 and a half hourly shuttle also takes 5 mins to the international Terminal 2. Location is slightly outside the town of Nice and so it is convenient to visit Monaco and Cannes. Car park is great if you managed to park in the hotel's own car park for a reasonable 15 euros per 24 hours. It also allows you to go in and out for free within the 24 hours.

We have stayed in the Novotel Nice Arenas Aeroport for many years, and it never disappoints. It is very convenient to the airport -- has an airport shuttle to terminal 1 and 2 but quick and easy walk to terminal 1. You can hop on Bus 12 to the Nice city center or catch the tram into town. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Easy check in and check out. Reasonable prices. There is an excellent breakfast buffet in the restaurant or the option of a petit dejeuner in the bar area. The restaurant has a good menu for lunches and dinners.

The hotel is good. Surprised to see friendly staff. Diner is available until 11pm. Room was good on the 9th floor. Toilets in separate areas within room.

Location was perfect - across the street from airport. Tram and trains equally close to take into Nice or Antibes and beyond. Bar and restaurant open most hours day and for dinner. Room refrigerator small but adequate. Shower, room size, bed, very nice. Water refilling station on each floor was fantastic!

I am really grateful to the hotel team for making our stay special by decorating the room for my husband’s birthday! The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and polite. We also enjoyed the breakfast—it was tasty and had a great variety of food. The location is excellent as well; you can even walk to the airport.

Across the street from Nice terminal 1. You can walk if you want. terminal 2 is close by tram from T1 and you can walk there too if you don’t have a lot of luggage and extra time. The hotel has a freer shuttle service to the terminals every half hour. Room was very quiet and large enough,

The location was perfect for my needs—fly into Nic, spend the night(s), use the free shuttle to the airport, and catch a bus at Terminal2 to my final destination . Also in reverse—the bus arrives at Terminal 2, I spend the night(s) at Novotel Arenas ,free shuttle back to airport, and I fly back home. When I stay for more than one night, the Tram is easy to catch at the airport for travel to popular spots. So, the location is great for me, but it is second to the kind, professional staff who do what they can to accommodate every need. I will always stay at the Novotel Arenas when in Nice.

+The location is a 3-5 minute drive, probably a 15-20 minute walk. +Private parking, 16 euros per day. +Double windows, non-existent noise (at least on the back side). +Comfortable beds. +Modern look, new furniture. +/-Minimalist breakfast, but with fresh and tasty products. -BIG minus: No slippers (available only for executive rooms). In my opinion, slippers are a hygiene necessity, not a fad. -The floor in the room is not washed/vacuumed. One more reason to have slippers. -No minibar in the room. -Relatively small room.

The only comment I would make is the confusion about the shuttle service to the airport. I spoke to 3 different people working at the desk and each had a different process. 1. Come down 5-10 mins before shuttle leaves (every 30 mins), no booking necessary 2. Book a time for the shuttle 3. Call before you come down The problem was, I came down for 4:30am, another client was waiting as well. We proceeded to the shuttle vehicle and when I told the driver I was to go to Terminal 2, he said no! To wait until 5 am shuttle. I was confused and asked the desk clerk and he just shrugged his shoulders. Please be consistent in your communication to ensure that clients can plan accordingly. Thank you.
